Use this tool to add sparkle to any quilt pattern that has sashing strips. The sashing star is a very good looking treatment for the intersection of sashing strips in quilts. The tool will provide the means to cut for 2½", 3½" and 4½" cut size strips and appropriate star points. The length of the largest piece in the set is 12½".
Now you can easily cut pieces for four styles of sashing stars in three strip widths. Sashing stars can be added to any size block that is larger than the combined length of 2 star points.
